In a Season of Sonic Xtreme, Kai and Jon fight but also need to escape from a planet about to explode, at the last of the fight jon pushes Kai and gets away, Kai fall to close to a machine and loses his Tail and blames Jon, there mortal enemies, In other fights Cloud helps sometimes and Kai come to hate him to.
